Your primary responsibilities include setting up the Bar, making cocktails, pouring drinks, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Pay: </strong>In the event your combined wages ($12.62 hourly rate and your earned tips) don’t add up to $16.60 Home Run Inn will still guarantee you are paid $16.60 per hour.</p><p><br></p><p>Must be available to work weekend/evening shifts, along with some weekdays.<br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Sell food and beverages to bar guests in a friendly, timely and responsible manner.</li><li>Work from verbal and written instructions</li><li>Mix, prepare and serve drink orders, using standard recipe's.</li><li>Practice responsible alcohol service: monitor alcohol consumption and age requirements.</li><li>Operate cash POS system. Accept payment provide change.</li><li>Presents menu, actively sells and suggests menu items, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service.</li><li>Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.</li><li>Assists in the service of food and beverage to tables, pre-bussing functions and the set-up / takedown of buffet table.</li><li>Request stock and check bar to monitor stock levels.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of bar, station, and guest areas throughout the shift and at the end of the night.</li><li>Monitor equipment and beverage systems.</li><li>Promotes upcoming and special events to guests.</li><li>Prepare bar top for next shift.</li><li>Use POS System, calculator and common cleaning supplies.</li><li>Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p>",
