          "text": "<p><strong>💰 Compensation &amp; Schedule</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Competitive wages:</strong> $22.07&#xa0;to $22.62/hour</li><li>⏱️ <strong>Overtime available</strong></li><li>🕖 <strong>Day shift:</strong> Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM</li><li><strong>Enjoy your evenings and weekends free!</strong></li></ul><p><strong>🛠️ Your Role</strong></p><p>As a <strong>Display Assembler</strong>, you play a key role in bringing Techo-Bloc products to life for events, boutiques, and showrooms.</p><p>Working from plans created by our Marketing team, you’ll build high-quality displays and prepare product samples to create visually impressive presentations of our pavers and hardscape products🧱.</p><p>👉 <strong>This is NOT a production line position</strong> — every project is different, and attention to detail matters!</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble merchandising displays based on marketing plans and visual instructions</li><li>&#xa0;Recreate small landscape mockups using pavers, sand, and decorative materials</li><li>&#xa0;Measure, cut, and prepare paver blocks to exact dimensions</li><li>Prepare sample boxes and merchandising kits for events and boutiques</li><li>Retrieve pallets and materials from the yard <em>(forklift experience is an asset — training can be provided)</em></li><li>Keep tools, displays, and workspaces clean, organized, and ready for upcoming projects</li><li>Sort, pack, crate, and wrap materials and finished displays for shipment</li><li>Complete simple daily reports and follow daily task requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><p>This role is active and hands-on. You’ll be working in an environment that can be:</p><p>🌪️ Dusty (cutting pavers, handling materials)<br>\n🔊 Noisy (cutting, tools, and yard activity)<br>\n💪 Physical (lifting and moving products regularly)</p>",
