The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of&#xa0;effective treatment planning,&#xa0;creative therapeutic interventions, and the use of&#xa0;integrative, evidence-based approaches&#xa0;in group&#xa0;settings along with individual and family therapy.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive&#xa0;patient assessments&#xa0;and develop individualized&#xa0;treatment plans</li><li>Provide&#xa0;direct clinical services, primarily group therapy, along with individual and family counseling</li><li>Coordinate care by communicating effectively with the&#xa0;treatment team,&#xa0;patients, and&#xa0;families</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the&#xa0;medical record</li><li>Support&#xa0;discharge planning&#xa0;and ensure continuity of care across the treatment spectrum</li></ul><p>Key assets:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in&#xa0;clinical treatment planning&#xa0;and implementation</li><li>Skilled in&#xa0;creative and integrative therapeutic techniques</li><li>Strong&#xa0;time management,&#xa0;organizational, and&#xa0;detail-oriented&#xa0;skills</li><li>A&#xa0;self-starter&#xa0;with the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Excellent&#xa0;verbal and written communication&#xa0;skills</li><li>A true&#xa0;team player&#xa0;who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment</li></ul><p>If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families, and you bring both clinical expertise and a collaborative spirit, we encourage you to apply.</p>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>Required:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Minimum two years of experience working in clinical treatment setting in substance abuse and/or mental health setting.</li><li>Must be computer comfortable</li><li>Master’s degree in behavioral health field and license eligible.</li><li>2 years of experience in intensive treatment setting with individual and group counseling in substance abuse setting and /or mental health setting.</li><li>Customer Service skills. Experience with motivational interviewing style.</li><li>Must be license eligible at time of hire with timeframe determined by manager to secure license in behavioral health field, which may include licensed social worker, professional counselor, psychologist, marriage and family therapist.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Preferred:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Certification in addictions preferred.</li><li>2-5 years of experience working in clinical treatment setting in substance abuse and/or mental health setting.</li><li>Prefer Licensed LCPC, LCSW, PsyD, LMFT or other license in behavioral health.</li><li>CERT CADC, LIC CPC, LIC LCSW, LIC, LPC, LIC LSW, LIC MSW</li><li>2-5 years; some program treatment</li><li>Certification in addictions preferred.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
