      "content": "\n<li>At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field</li>\n<li>At least 7+ years of professional experience performing finite element analysis with multi-disciplinary teams in a product development environment</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of computational structural mechanics, including non-linear materials, plasticity, fatigue, solver convergence, and contacts</li>\n<li>High self-motivation and personal accountability in decision-making and team supervision.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership acumen, adept at embracing challenges with minimal oversight.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and creative capabilities.</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels</li>\n"
