          "text": "<p><b>Business Process Consultant<br />Location: Chicago, IL<br />Local Candidates Required? : Strongly Preferred (local candidates will be considered first)<br />Duration: 12+ month contract<br />Interview Process: Phone + F2F<br /><br /><br />MUST HAVE:</b><br />•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field<br />•5+ years’ experience as Business Process consultant within transportation business finance and/or production processes including re-engineering and documentation<br />•Ability to analyze and define workflows and processes to design process solutions<br />•Knowledge of financial management and best practices <br />•Ability to create functional documentation including requirements, complex specifications, enhancements, development, maintenance, technical overviews and context diagrams<br />•Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio<br />•Ability to analyze output from computer application and identify system problems <br />•Knowledge and hands-on experience with FM Suite <br />•QA experience<br />•Excellent written and verbal communication<br />•Six Sigma, Engineering, and/or Business Analysis certifications<br /><br /><b>Regards</b><br /><br />Avinash<br />avi (at) scoutet (dot) com <br />609 303 2211<br /></p>",
