This position can be located in any of our Canadian offices, with preference for our BC and AB locations. Your Impact • Deliver senior‑level electrical engineering for medium and large projects within the energy and power generation sector; everything from design basis development, equipment selection, detailed design, and field implementation. • Lead client and stakeholder engagement to clarify needs, define scope, and ensure alignment through all project phases. • Guide multidisciplinary coordination to support cost control, scheduling, procurement, reporting, and construction support activities. • Develop feasibility studies, technical reports, and conceptual design packages. • Review, stamp, and approve drawings and documents while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. • Specify equipment from first principles and apply simulation tools and internal engineering models. • Mentor and coach junior engineers and designers, building a collaborative learning environment. • Manage scope, schedule, change control, and deliverables in alignment with project execution plans. • Uphold and promote corporate and client procedures, contributing to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. • Provide senior support on negotiation of critical engineering issues and contribute to proposal development.
