At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Plumber is responsible for installing and repairing all phases of plumbing systems; portable water, sanitary water and vent, natural gas and storm drainage systems in accordance with local and state plumbing and building codes.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Layouts pipe systems hanger and equipment from drawings and job specifications.</li>\n <li>Installs all plumbing systems and supports by using approved job drawings and manufacturer's instructions.</li>\n <li>Installs lavatories, toilets, urinals, and cafeteria plumbing fixtures.</li>\n <li>Installs drinking fountains.</li>\n <li>Installs storm drainage systems.</li>\n <li>Installs sanitary sewer systems and potable water systems.</li>\n <li>Practices on the job safety.</li>\n <li>Identifies obstructions to be avoided by inspecting structure.</li>\n <li>Complies with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements.</li>\n <li>Keeps plumbing equipment and tools operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintains safe and cleans working environment by complying with all Company and site specific safety procedures, rules, and regulations.</li>\n <li>Be able to test all plumbing systems per job specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED.</li>\n <li>3 or more years of experience and meets requirements.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of an appropriate, formal training program or apprenticeship.</li>\n <li>Licensed to practice as a Journeyman Plumber in the state where you will be working.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with all relevant techniques and tools needed to perform your duties.</li>\n <li>Clearly understand and comply to company/job safety requirements. (OSHA).</li>\n <li>Must have knowledge, certification and ability to perform First aid, CPR and Emergency rescue if ever necessary.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of testing plumbing systems to identifying leaks.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of basic safety, ADA Requirements, and state and local building / plumbing codes.</li>\n <li>Ability to install PVC, ABC, no-hub, service weight, copper sweat, copper pro press systems pex pipe and Victaulic piping systems.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of city and national plumbing codes.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend design drawings.</li>\n <li>Ability to layout using approved job drawings.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate some types of plumbing equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to use special tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>5 year as a plumber.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Activities</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n <li>Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Environmental Conditions</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical Demands</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Heavy work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 100 pounds or more</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $26.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
