You will handle a full range of service work — from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and repairs — and be expected to represent our standards of quality and professionalism on every call. Core hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM; we do not require overnight shifts or late-night calls.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT YOU’LL DO</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems</li>\n<li>Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and full system evaluations</li>\n<li>Read wiring diagrams and blueprints to guide diagnostic and repair work</li>\n<li>Apply knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing as needed</li>\n<li>Present repair findings and options to customers in a clear, professional manner</li>\n<li>Coordinate with our dispatch team for routing, scheduling, and job updates</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts logs</li>\n<li>Operate and care for a company-provided vehicle in accordance with company policy</li>\n<li>Uphold all applicable safety standards, local codes, and company procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred</li>\n<li>1–3 years of hands-on HVAC experience; <em>recent graduates with relevant training encouraged to apply</em></li>\n<li>Working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning</li>\n<li>Ability to read wiring diagrams and interpret blueprints</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of sheet metal practices and air balancing</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record</li>\n<li>Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in varied environmental conditions (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors)</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Professional communication and customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>EPA Universal Certification</li>\n<li>Willingness to pursue NATE certification within one year of hire (we fund it)</li>\n<li>Experience with major brands such as Carrier, Lennox, Trane, or similar</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Base Pay:  </span>$30–$42/hour, based on experience</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sign-On Bonus: Up</span> to $3,500 for qualified candidates</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Earnings:  </span>SPIFFs and performance bonuses available</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay Frequency: Weekly</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:  </span>Tuesday-Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company truck and gas card</li>\n<li>Employee tool purchase program</li>\n<li>Company-provided iPad &amp; uniforms</li>\n<li>Weekly paid training and access to our onsite live-fire training facility</li>\n<li>8 health insurance plan options — 5 plans available at $0 cost to employees</li>\n<li>HSA with employer contribution</li>\n<li>Employer-paid life insurance</li>\n<li>Dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability coverage options</li>\n<li>401(k) with 4% company match, beginning after 6 months</li>\n<li>7 paid holidays plus tenure-based PTO accrual</li>\n<li>Employee discounts on HVAC and plumbing services</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Bovio Rubino Service is an equal opportunity employer.
