This role is responsible for delivering both strategic and operational people support at our Shawnee, Kansas site, with a strong focus on talent development, culture growth, and organisational effectiveness.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist looking to step into a true HR Business Partner role, broadening their impact and partnering more closely with senior leaders.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The role partners closely with business leaders to understand current and future capability needs, translating business strategy, organisational priorities, and value creation plans into impactful people initiatives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Operating within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in building leadership capability, strengthening organisational culture, and embedding high-performance practices across teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Combining hands-on HR delivery with strategic people advisory, this role is critical in shaping a high-performing and engaged workforce. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, aligning people priorities to Argenta’s growth strategy and value creation plan.</li>\n<li>Support and coach leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, development, and organisational effectiveness.</li>\n<li>Drive talent development initiatives, including succession planning, capability building, and leadership development.</li>\n<li>Partner with leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, build high-performing cultures, and embed an ownership mindset.</li>\n<li>Support the delivery of key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and employee engagement activities.</li>\n<li>Provide hands-on operational HR support, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.</li>\n<li>Use data and insights to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across people practices.</li>\n<li>Support organisational design and change initiatives aligned to business transformation and growth.</li>\n<li>Promote and embed Argenta’s values and culture across all teams and interactions.</li>\n<li>Partner with the Global HR team to deliver broader people initiatives and projects across the business.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in a broad, operational HR Generalist role, ideally within a CDMO or the pharma industry. </li>\n<li>Ready to step into an HR Business Partner role, with a desire to grow.</li>\n<li>Strong foundation across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee relations, and development.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li>\n<li>Passion for talent development, culture, and building high-performing teams.</li>\n<li>Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a hands-on approach.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance people needs and business priorities.</li>\n<li>High level of commercial awareness and curiosity about how people drive business performance.</li>\n<li>Experience within high-growth, or transformation-led environments is advantageous.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Argenta?</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 156, 221); font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p>At Argenta, we are building a culture of ownership where our people play a direct role in shaping the future of the organisation.
