This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, developing Store Managers, building high-performing teams, and ensuring every location consistently delivers the SEE brand experience.</p><p>As SEE Eyewear&#39;s home market, Michigan is a highly visible and strategically important region for the organization. This role works closely with Home Office leadership and plays a key role in shaping the success of the business, making it an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader looking to make a meaningful impact.</p><p>The ideal candidate preferably resides in the Michigan market and be able to travel regularly between locations.
