Review all documentation for accuracy and guidelines adherence.</li><li>Document all communications. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor or Master of Social Work degree is preferred.</li><li>A college degree in Human Services or related field will be considered.&nbsp;</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience providing OPWDD funded services or other case management services may be considered in lieu of higher education.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>2 years of Case Management experience required.
