font-size: 14px;\">Define and verify standards for configuration, monitoring, reliability and performance</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) projects and influence project initiatives</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Continually drive down Mean Time Between Failures and Mean Time to Repair through improved outlier detection and root cause analysis</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Drive operational best practice adoption across critical services, continually looking to lower operational barriers to achieving improved reliability</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Create strong effective working relationships with Customer and their operational agents to enable Knapp to provide superior service</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
