Come work where you play—and help us inspire healthier, happier lives for everyone!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise Heritage Soccer Park operations on evenings and weekends.</li>\n <li>Monitor games, practices, and tournaments on 18 soccer fields.</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service, leadership, and supervision of the facility.</li>\n <li>Adheres to and reenforces all JCPRD policies.</li>\n <li>Ensure all staff, patrons, and participants are enjoying the facility in a safe and respectful way.</li>\n <li>Responsible for opening and/or closing facility.</li>\n <li>Assist with setup and cleaning of facility as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Physical, Environmental, and Special Working Conditions:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sensory abilities, including special vision and/or hearing requirements (specify): Staying aware for safety purposes.</li>\n <li>Excessive standing and/or walking (specify percentage of time): 50%</li>\n <li>Exposure to extreme temperatures.</li>\n <li>Exposure to fumes and/or chemicals.</li>\n <li>Exposure to heights.</li>\n <li>Exposure to loud noises.</li>\n <li>Lifting: 25 LBs</li>\n <li>Safety-sensitive job.</li>\n <li>Weather essential job: Department essential</li>\n <li>All county employees may be called upon to assist other departments in a declared emergency situation.</li>\n <li>Uniform required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.  Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity.</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Job Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to problem solve and deescalate tense situations.</li>\n <li>Willing to be a team player.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate leadership and initiative.</li>\n <li>Evening and Weekend availability. Able to work at least one evening shift and one weekend shift a week.</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age and older.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 25lbs. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>JCPRD requires reference/background screening for all positions.
