    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>In&nbsp;this&nbsp;Role,&nbsp;Your&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;Will Be:</strong></p><ul><li>Will be responsible for managing DeltaV installed base of 40-45 systems across the East region.&nbsp;</li><li>Will be allocated 25-30 Active AMC / Service Contracts for Maintenance Contract Execution which will consume 200–220 site visit days annually including travel.&nbsp;</li><li>Billing value from allocated sites will be 180-200 KUSD.</li><li>Expected to generate additional revenue of 25-30 KUSD by adding new service contracts in the region.&nbsp;</li><li>Balancing out current Operational Efficiency of the region from 97% to below 90%.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 5pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 5pt;\"><strong>Who We&nbsp;Are:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Lifecycle services for DCS&nbsp;are comprehensive support offerings designed to ensure the long-term performance, reliability, and safety of automation systems throughout their operational life. Here's a summary of what these services typically include, using Emerson's DeltaV DCS.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>For&nbsp;This&nbsp;Role,&nbsp;You&nbsp;Will&nbsp;Need:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Technical</strong>: Team member and self-directed contributor. Works well within a team but is equally capable of performing independently.<ol><li>Knowledge of Distributed Control System (DCS) - Basic Requirement.</li><li>Knowledge of Metal &amp; Mining / Chemical Industry / Refinery is an added advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of Batch, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Networking, Safety Systems, handling of Charms I/O, Proficient in Cybersecurity and knowledge on AMS will be preferred.</li></ol></li><li><strong>Interaction:&nbsp;</strong>Receives guidance from a mentor and collaborates with team members to complete assignments as needed. Also leads interactions with other sites and departments to achieve project objectives.</li><li><strong>Customer&nbsp;Focus:</strong> Engages in increased customer interaction. Works collaboratively within a team and alongside a senior engineer when needed. Also capable of independently working with customers or the sales force to support project and business objectives.</li><li><strong>Industry Awareness:&nbsp;</strong>Takes initiative to understand the industry landscape, including project execution, service offerings, EPM market trends, customer segments, and overall business requirements.</li><li><strong>Providing Solutions:&nbsp;</strong>Receives directions from a Senior Service Engineer for small-scale service projects. Possesses a strong general knowledge base and is developing expertise in a specific service area. Holds or is pursuing relevant certifications and continues to build skills within the identified product and certification domain.</li><li><strong>Improving the Process:&nbsp;</strong>Actively learns and applies process improvement methodologies. Participates in implementing process changes and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualification: &nbsp;</strong></p><p>B.E. / B. Tech (Instrumentation / ECE/ Electrical).
