    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.11.23/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.11.23/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, maintain, operate, and set up various types of electronic production and process related equipment and facilities equipment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>**This is a 2nd shift direct hire full time position.**</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Machine Mechanic Accountabilities:</strong></p><p>Mechanical:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Accurately diagnose causes of electrical, mechanical, and/or pneumatic malfunctions.&nbsp;</li><li>Safely and effectively perform all equipment repairs to malfunctions and calibrate as needed to achieve optimum performance.</li><li>Ability to safely use a wide variety of hand, power, and diagnostic tools to perform assignments.</li><li>Rig, move, erect all types of equipment for new or revised production layouts</li><li>Perform effective routine preventive maintenance on all production related equipment.</li><li>Work with outside contractors and field support engineers as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain accurate records using CMMS software and logbooks.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Administration:</p><ul><li>Keep in line with company and equipment manufacturer accredited certifications and safety policies.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Minimum Education: Associates Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, technical or trade related training certificate, 2 years minimum of equivalent journeyman level experience, or equivalent years of on-the-job experience in a similar role.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of of experience, or a combination of experience &amp; education.&nbsp;</p><p>Computer Skills/Knowledge/Experience:</p><ul><li>Basic Word for Windows skills as evidenced by the ability to produce basic business letters and simple tables and chairs; as well as check spelling, set tabs, change page orientation, sort, save, open, and organize electronic files.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic Excel skills as evidenced by the ability to use workbooks, create and edit charts, filter and sort lists, and format data.&nbsp;</li><li>Intermediate CMMS software skills, reporting, tracking, and maintaining, accurate record and reports.</li><li>Understanding and use of Building Management Systems (BMS)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Physical Activity Requirements:</p><p>Work Environment: Manufacturing environment where the noise level is generally quiet to moderately noisy. Must be able to work with ladders, scissor lifts, and other elevating equipment. Some may be performed in unfavorable climate conditions both inside and out.&nbsp;</p><p>Work Position: Combination of sitting, standing, and working from ladders at various heights.&nbsp;</p><p>Body Movements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, bend, or crawl.</p><p>Weight Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds continuously</p><p>Sensory Requirements: Vision, speech, hearing, smell, and touch are routinely used in day-to-day functions in this role</p><p><br></p><p><em id=\"isPasted\">Creation Technologies will require all new hires to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by their start date, unless they have an&nbsp;</em><em>approved&nbsp;</em><em>exemption.&nbsp;</em>&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
