This role is an opportunity for a driven candidate to join a company with a strong growth path.&nbsp;<br><p><br></p><p><strong>Lake Air Products Offers:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Competitive wage&nbsp;</li><li>Full Benefit Package</li><li>401(k) with Company Match</li><li>Paid Time Off/Holiday Pay&nbsp;</li><li>Gym Reimbursement&nbsp;</li><li>Tuition reimbursement&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Lead a team of manufacturing departments (to possibly include fabrication, assembly, welding, etc.) in a metals fabrication production facility</li><li>Influence, track, and hold the team accountable for KPIs - including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC), the output of critical components, plant productivity, etc.</li><li>Confidently make timely decisions that will positively impact production, results, and customer satisfaction</li><li>Distributes workload to production staff through department leads.</li><li>Train employees on processes and machine set-ups&nbsp;</li><li>Audit employee time and production efficiencies, providing coaching for improvements on attendance and performance as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Consult with engineering to modification of jobs to improve production and quality of products.</li><li>Comply with the requirements of the ISO Quality Management System and departmental procedures, and work-instructions.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>5+ years experience supervising production and employees in the sheet metal industry.</li><li>Must have manufacturing experience in <strong>sheet metal industry</strong></li><li>Ability to lead a team and make decisions for the business</li><li>Experience with ERP system preferred Kinetic but not necessarily</li><li>Microsoft experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p><p>Please note that if this position is located in our Roseville, MN facility, it may be subject to export control regulation.
