For full-time team members, we also offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision plans and employer-paid life insurance for added peace of mind.​ #TownCountrySD</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm upon arrival and departure</li>\n <li><p>Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms</p></li>\n <li><p>Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining secure key control</p></li>\n <li><p>Escort guests to rooms and explain resort amenities, services, and local attractions</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide directions, valet coordination, taxi service, and other guest assistance as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell carts, valet area, lobby, and entrances</p></li>\n <li><p>Deliver packages, amenities, messages, or other guest items promptly and courteously</p></li>\n <li><p>Support front desk, valet, and concierge teams during busy periods</p></li>\n <li><p>Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other duties as assigned by leadership</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous hospitality, valet, or customer service experience preferred</li>\n <li><p>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong guest-first attitude</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Must have open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be 21 years of age or older due to insurance requirements for valet driving duties</p></li>\n <li><p>Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for vehicle operation</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull luggage</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and climbing stairs</p></li>\n <li><p>Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to safely operate vehicles and navigate large resort property</p></li>\n</ul>",
