    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Analytic Facilitator</strong> to join our team at <strong>Offutt Air Force Base (AFB)</strong> supporting the <strong>55th Wing (55 WG)</strong>. The Analytic Facilitator will play a critical role in delivering training related to <strong>Information Warfare (IW) and Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO)</strong>. This position requires expertise in intelligence analysis, instructional delivery, and the ability to support mission-critical training programs for Air Force personnel. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a <strong>Mobile Training Team (MTT) instructor</strong> and facilitator delivering high-quality training.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused on Information Warfare (IW) and Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the development and execution of training programs, including <strong>scenario-based exercises</strong> and <strong>constructive simulation training</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with mission planners, intelligence analysts, and leadership to identify training needs and tailor instructional content accordingly. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IW and NKO tactics, integration methodologies, and emerging technologies to incorporate into training programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, and objectives. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel required (Up to 30%) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Required Experience:</strong> Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.</li>\n <li><strong>Required Education:</strong> Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have a bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with <strong>strategic, operational, and tactical command and control of Information Forces (IF) and Non-Kinetic (NK) assets.</strong> </li>\n <li>Completion of U.S. Government IW/NKO training course or specialized IW/NKO certification. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with IW/NKO planning documents including but not limited to IW CONOPs, Sync Matrices, Cake Diagrams, and Master Air Attack Plans or their equivalent. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience delivering training and facilitating exercises in a professional setting. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and mentor diverse audiences. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing and delivering training materials. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>55 WG</strong> or similar military organization.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator for <strong>55 WG courses</strong> or similar training programs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with scenario-based training and exercise development. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience mentoring or training junior personnel. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting <strong>U.S. Air Force operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Offutt Air Force Base</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and training excellence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
