This position requires the nurse to assess patient health status, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse will monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments safely, and provide education to patients and their families about post-operative care and disease management. This role demands strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
