Our RWS Transform division empowers organizations to accelerate digital transformation, scale global content, and unlock growth in every market.</p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide linguistic services and support for AI tasks to the production team, the partners and the customer.</li>\n <li>With the help of your direct manager and colleagues, manage continuous and proactive development, design and implementation of quality management methodologies, AI-focused linguistic services (quality reporting and monitoring, vendor training, asset development & maintenance and more).</li>\n <li>Deliver assigned AI services tasks (e.g. enforcement of task specific guidelines, proactive management of quality across assigned languages and projects).</li>\n <li>Provide trainings to translators, annotators and assorted stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in linguistic and AI workflows.</li>\n <li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI language services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills & Experience</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Linguistic education or equivalent working experiences.</li>\n <li>AI specific courses, certificates and trainings will be a significant advantage</li>\n <li>Min. 2 years working experience (AI Services, quality management, ideally in a client facing role and/or supporting role in AI Services setup).</li>\n <li>Perfect command of spoken and written English.</li>\n <li>Very good skills with Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel.</li>\n <li>Current and practical knowledge of AI annotation and evaluation, AI prompting and LLMs</li>\n <li>Very good coordinating and communication skills (providing training, communication with customers).</li>\n <li>Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment, have a flexible attitude to work and good problem resolution skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-DS1</p>\n<p>#LI-Remote</p>\n<h2>Life at RWS</h2>\n<p><strong>Life at RWS </strong><strong>-</strong> If you like the idea of working with smart people who are passionate about growing the value of ideas, data and content by making sure organizations are understood, then you’ll love life at RWS. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our purpose is to unlock global understanding.
