This role focuses on identifying process gaps, driving standard work, and partnering with operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality output. The coordinator plays a key role in reducing errors, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Duties/Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate current packing and fulfillment processes to identify inefficiencies and error risks and train team members on best practices.</li>\n<li>Lead implementation of process improvements that increase accuracy and consistency.</li>\n<li>Develop, document, and maintain standard work procedures.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to ensure processes are practical and followed consistently.</li>\n<li>Work closely with Sales, Assembly, Team Production Floor Supervisor, and Shipping teams to align processes.</li>\n<li>Implement corrective actions to reduce repeat issues.</li>\n<li>Conduct periodic audits of packing and shipping processes.</li>\n<li>Reinforce quality expectations through daily interaction and coaching.</li>\n<li>Support onboarding of new employees in packing and fulfillment processes.</li>\n<li>Serve as a resource for troubleshooting quality or process concerns.</li>\n<li>Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to align processes.</li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to prioritize improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Communicate trends, issues, and recommendations clearly and proactively.</li>\n<li>Use data to identify trends and drive improvements.</li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Production Center.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Supervisory Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>This supervisory role includes direct responsibility for Level I<br>picking team members and, in practice, leadership and support for all Production Center Team Members.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Other Duties </span></p>\n<p>The position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Being a member of the SurePoint Ag Team</span></p>\n<p>In addition to the specific duties detailed above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Required Skills/Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Motivated Self-starter with a great work ethic that will stay on task</li>\n<li>Strong organization &amp; analytical skills</li>\n<li>Ability to gain knowledge through experiential learning</li>\n<li>Excellent communication &amp; people skills</li>\n<li>Strong working relationships with other SurePoint Departments and suppliers</li>\n<li>Problem-solver— Ability to evaluate a situation, determine possible solutions, and implement the solution determined to be the best course of action</li>\n<li>Embrace a dynamic and constantly changing workplace</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Location</span></p>\n<p>This position will be located at SurePoint Ag Systems in Atwood, KS.<br></p>",
