font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you will do as a Health, Safety &amp; Environment Coordinator:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Joint Health &amp; Safety Committee: Set up and lead meetings, coordinate inspections, investigate work refusals, and collaborate with the Ministry of Labour when needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Site Inspections: Conduct regular workplace inspections, ensure corrective actions are followed through, monitor air quality, and help secure the site daily.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Incident &amp; Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency and evacuation plans, provide first aid, investigate incidents, and recommend preventive measures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Training &amp; Awareness: Deliver site-specific orientations, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to ensure all trades and workers understand safe work practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Administrative Support: Manage permits, inspection reports, qualification tracking, safety boards, and documentation related to compliance and enforcement.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must hold an NCSO designation or demonstrate equivalent safety certification and experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Degree or certificate in Occupational Health &amp; Safety or related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of construction safety legislation and best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Calm under pressure and capable of influencing safe behavior</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
