    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>BREW HOUSE HOURS OF OPERATION</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pm</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Friday &amp; Saturday | 11am-11pm</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br>As a<strong><em>&nbsp;Expeditor</em></strong>, you&#39;ll set the pace and flow of pick-up in the kitchen, ensure that orders only leave once complete, execute quality control inspections and build relationships to ensure smooth timing with the hold and cold lines. You&#39;ll communicate with both Front of House and Back of House staff. You&#39;ll handle food according to applicable health codes and hygiene regulations. You&#39;ll stock your station and complete all delegated side work. You&#39;ll interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner. You&#39;ll have complete knowledge of the Brew House&#39;s food and beverage preparation.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Candidates should be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains proper food handling and safety procedures for all products used</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Checks receipts and assembles the order for the guest</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinates selling of single out tickets from the station</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensures that the food presentation is fresh and up to quality standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform opening/closing and on shift side work and maintenance properly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain working area safe and clean; sweep/mop as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Brew House Manager</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Must be 18+ years of age</em></strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous restaurant experience; understanding of full-service environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift occasionally, and work in a kitchen environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Speaking-Effectively convey information to others</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reading comprehension- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in related documents.
