    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for the management of all Safety Division operations to provide for a safe and secure environment for all associates and guests within the company complex in accordance with federal, state, local and company requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Salary Details: $78,000 - $115,000/yr. based on experience </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement standards relating to guest and employee safety to comply with federal, state, and local codes.</li>\n <li>Coordinate the efforts of the company's legal defense attorneys and insurance claims' representatives concerning personal injury actions against the company.</li>\n <li>Develop, establish, and implement associate safety training programs.</li>\n <li>Recommend and implement regular safety and health inspections of all areas that affect the safety of guests and associates.</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain, and implement company and departmental safety policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Establish and implement regular safety meetings concerning guest and associate safety</li>\n <li>Investigate and respond to safety complaints and inquiries.</li>\n <li>Provide safety review and recommendations during engineering, construction or modification of company projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p> \n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred.</li>\n <li>Amusement Park Safety Inspector certification preferred.</li>\n <li>At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience.</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA codes and Amusement Park ASTM standards.</li>\n <li>Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs. Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-KB1</p>",
