You will use your knowledge of the industry, communication skills and sales savvy to develop relationships with mortgage bankers, provide unparalleled service, and bring in their business.  PRMG allows Correspondent Clients to deliver loans on a Non-Delegated basis.  PRMG will provide you with the tools you need to succeed: competitive products and services, training, and allow you to build your own portfolio of clients.  PRMG sets attainable goals for performance and encourages our team members to collaborate amongst each other and share ideas and business plans to continue to drive business forward.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PRMG offers a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees and their dependents, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, a Health Savings Account (HSA), a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and various other products, based on benefits eligibility, elections, and employee premiums. Upon hire, you will be eligible to enroll in all our company-sponsored benefit programs (Medical, Dental, Life, and Voluntary) on the first of the following month. After completing 60 days, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program on the first of the following month. Additionally, eligible employees may apply for job openings through PRMG’s Internal and External Job Portal to request a transfer to a different department or position</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The job duties for a Wholesale Account Executive are as follows:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Organization:</strong> Develops and implement relationship strategies, satisfying customer needs through a full array of products and services. </li>\n <li><strong>Coordination: </strong>Utilizes business development skills to establish new business.</li>\n <li><strong>Communication</strong>: Communicates well verbally and in writing with co-workers and customers acting as liaison between account and Company’s internal departments to ensure cohesive business flow.</li>\n <li><strong>Equipment</strong>: Uses office equipment such as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines.</li>\n <li><strong>Physical:</strong> Sits and stands for extended time periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with your Mortgage Banking Clients.</li>\n <li>Train and educate clients on PRMG's Wholesale Portal, programs, products, and processes.</li>\n <li>Drive and maintain funded production levels above $10 million monthly.</li>\n <li>Hold regular account visits to continually reinforce the company’s differentiators and leverage them for quality volume.</li>\n <li>Being your clients’ “go-to” resource for all questions about the mortgage industry.</li>\n <li>Monitor the performance of loan deliveries in your pipeline.</li>\n <li>Monitor expiring rate locks for customer base.</li>\n <li>Providing world-class client service to every client.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ year of experience in the mortgage and banking industries, including experience in third party originations.</li>\n <li>Proven success as an Account Executive or Relationship Manager.</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of the loan process and the difference between Retail, Wholesale, and Correspondent Lending.</li>\n <li>Strong relationship building skills.</li>\n <li>Existing Client base (preferred)</li>\n <li>You have the passion and work ethic to keep getting better every day.</li>\n <li>You work hard and take accountability for your actions.</li>\n <li>You have unique qualities that are key to your success.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. </li>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>May be required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Min</h2>USD $0.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $250,000.00/Yr.",
