    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Remote-based in the US</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Support the development and communication of innovative medical education training programs to HCPs, including fellows and residents as applicable, that align the goals of Medical Education with the Division’s specialty(s) priorities and overall company strategy and vision, to help our customers provide the best patient outcomes. </p>\n<p>Ensure supported programs delivered are efficient, effective, and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders and communicate those needs to Division Leadership. </p>\n<p>Under the guidance of Medical Education Managers, collaborate with division teams, leaders, and stakeholders to establish internal teams to support and deliver medical education training programs and other associated responsibilities. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>• Support implementation of medical education training programs providing an overview of training course goals and learning objectives, course criteria and processes as part of a need’s assessment for customer programs• Support and assist with development and execution of medical education plans, including fellows and residents programming as applicable, in partnership with Medical Education and Division stakeholders based on current and future product portfolio and procedural trends• Contribute to annual budget projections and tracking of activities as assigned .• Manage calendar of educational events to ensure structure and alignment with Medical Education and divisional goals, if applicable• Manage projects, processes, or training events as assigned. • Identify Healthcare Provider (HCP) consultant partners that support education initiatives in collaboration with division stakeholders. Work closely and maintain regular communication with identified HCP consultants on all initiatives while maintaining compliance and legal standards</p>\n<p>• Collaborate with relevant Marketing and Communication stakeholders and resources to develop and implement marketing strategy for educational programs, including digital content and promotional strategies• Monitor metrics and report effectiveness of Medical Education programs. Listen to feedback from customers and employees and take action to resolve issues and gaps quickly and effectively• Develop a clear understanding of and adherence to compliance and legal standards and regulatory processes relative to technical and procedural education delivery and materials</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Work Experience Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p>• College/University degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience• Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge and Skills and/or Abilities</strong>• Demonstrate communication, leadership, and presentations skills• Demonstrate ability and or experience in effective stakeholder collaboration• This role requires fluency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs, improve workflows using approved tools, identify and mitigate bias or inaccuracies, and communicate AI-driven insights clearly and responsibly to peers and managers• Ability to travel as needed• Ability and willingness to accommodate global time zone differences, including working after normal hours when the proper performance of your work so requires</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, subject to reasonable accommodation requirements, as applicable by country, of: (i) the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) (USA Only); (ii) Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Australia Only); or (iii) other applicable local, regional, or national law or regulation.</li>\n <li>Work under general office environmental conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Employee Requirements</strong>Each employee must acknowledge and agree to comply with all written company policies, procedures, and standards, including without limitation the Employee Manual/Handbook (local, regional, and, if applicable, company-specific), Code of Conduct (Cook Medical and Cook Group), Electronic Information Policy, HIPAA regulations, and any Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Qualified candidates applying to be based in the United States must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
