font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">In this Role, You’ll:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bring and manage an existing network of high-value players from day one</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and execute the acquisition and retention strategy for VIP players in Brazil</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prospect and acquire VIP players through poker clubs, agents, intermediaries, premium events, and digital channels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and manage partnerships with accredited VIP agents and affiliates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Represent BetWarrior at strategic events, poker tournaments, and premium networking opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and manage a structured VIP acquisition pipeline with monthly growth targets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage VIP relationships proactively through personalized communication and exclusive experiences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Design and execute hospitality plans, live events, customized benefits, and premium activations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Partner with CRM teams on segmentation strategies, dedicated campaigns, and churn prevention initiatives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Define VIP tiers, benefits, betting limits, and qualification criteria</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Own VIP revenue targets and provide weekly business updates to leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Scale the VIP operation over time, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business grows </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We’re Looking for Someone who Brings:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">3–5+ years of experience in VIP Management within iGaming, sports betting, online casino, land-based casino, or premium entertainment industries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to leverage an existing network of high-value players and established relationships with VIP agents, poker clubs, or premium player communities across Brazil (non-negotiable requirement). </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong connections within São Paulo’s poker and premium entertainment ecosystem</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Deep understanding of VIP acquisition, retention, and relationship management strategies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong commercial mindset and ability to operate against ambitious growth targets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Native Portuguese and advanced English</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
