Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance Work Schedule: Fulltime, On-site, Quantico, VA; limited travel as required ( Role Overview: The MOCTT Lead, who also serves as the Program Manager (PM), provides overall leadership and direction for the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT). This role is responsible for total program execution, ensuring all Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements are met across cost, schedule, and performance objectives. The MOCTT Lead oversees personnel, training delivery, quality assurance, and information security compliance. Serving as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the MOCTT Lead manages all data deliverables, version control, and reporting. Located at MISTC HQ in Quantico, the MOCTT Lead also serves as a Site Lead and provides direction to subordinate site leads, ensuring alignment with Marine Corps Instructional Systems Design (MCISD) and Systems Approach to Training and Education (SATE) standards.
