Join a team that values teamwork, safety, compassion, and excellence every day.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Driver</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">SHIFTS NEEDED:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">We are looking for candidates who have open availability, including weekends and holidays.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be at least 21 years old (licensed for a minimum of 5 years)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current EMT certification required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must NOT have more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must pass a DOT drug screening and mandatory criminal background check</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be willing to work weekends and flexible shifts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be physically capable of lifting, moving, and securing patients safely</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to safely operate stretchers, wheelchairs, and medical transport equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities, residences, and hospitals using company emergency vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide basic emergency and patient support within EMT scope of practice</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Communicate clearly and effectively with dispatch, healthcare staff, patients, and family members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Utilize a smartphone and company systems for job-related functions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Properly secure patients using stretchers, wheelchairs, and other medical transport devices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain accurate trip logs, reports, and required documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Respond professionally and compassionately during emergency and non-emergency situations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state regulations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
