We recognize our employees hard work and dedication are the driving force of our success, and we continually look for ways to reward them.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our store is currently looking to immediately fill an <strong>Inside Contractor Sales</strong> position with a professional who possess knowledge on Building Material Products and has a strong background in Sales.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>$22 - $24  hourly, annual performance based raises!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full Time 40+ Hours per week- Monday Through Friday</li>\n <li>Understand the marketplace and know product features</li>\n <li>Work to meet prospect customers’ needs</li>\n <li>Effective suggestive and upgrade selling and add on sales</li>\n <li>Effective closing technique </li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining customer projects from their initial quote through an invoiced sale</li>\n <li>Share expertise with others</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Outside Sales Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist and support outside sales with product selection, questions, and order writing</li>\n <li>Assist with estimating material needed for projects</li>\n <li>Set up special orders</li>\n <li>Schedule deliveries to satisfy customer needs and to maintain the profitability of the sale</li>\n <li>Develop a continuous business relationship with customers and our vendors</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>At Curtis Lumber we embrace a culture of accountability and safety.
