Learn more about Blythedale on our website here.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Manager of Respiratory Care renders independent, professional cardio-pulmonary care and perform diagnostic procedures on patients in support of their total medical care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position reports to the Director of Respiratory Care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work schedule includes on call every other weekend with some holidays.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Effectively communicates objectives and scope of services provided by the department/hospital.  </li>\n <li>Primarily responsible for the initial preparation of the staffing schedules and for ensuring adequate staffing at all times. Escalates issues to the Director as needed.</li>\n <li>Primarily responsible for preparing the bi-weekly payroll for review and approval by the director.
