    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<b>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</b>  \n<p>The Manager of Clinical Services functions as a proactive leader, educator, resource, consultant, and researcher with regard to clinical aspects of Hoag Clinic business, in close collaboration with and under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services and other members of the Hoag Clinic leadership team.
