    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Location: Tulsa, OK – On-site</strong><strong>💰Pay Rate: $90.00+/hour</strong></p>\n<p>EXPLEO GROUP USA is seeking a Senior Consultant<strong> Design Engineer </strong>(Level 6) to provide industry-leading technical vision, innovation, and leadership across aerospace programmes.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is designed for a recognized industry expert who can shape design strategy, develop new methodologies, and influence long-term engineering capability and business direction.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead development of advanced aerospace design solutions and methodologies</li>\n <li>Define and drive design strategy and long-term engineering direction</li>\n <li>Solve highly complex, novel engineering challenges</li>\n <li>Develop new standards, concepts, and best practices</li>\n <li>Serve as primary technical advisor to senior leadership and customers</li>\n <li>Represent the organization in high-level technical forums</li>\n <li>Influence program strategy, innovation, and capability growth</li>\n <li>Mentor senior engineers and shape organizational expertise</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited)</li>\n <li>20+ years aerospace design experience</li>\n <li>Recognized industry expert in aerospace design</li>\n <li>Extensive Boeing and/or defence program experience</li>\n <li>Mastery of CATIA V5 and design systems</li>\n <li>Deep knowledge of FAA regulations and certification processes</li>\n <li>Proven track record of technical innovation and strategic influence</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Premium compensation ($90+/hour)</li>\n <li>Full benefits and retirement package</li>\n <li>Executive-level technical exposure</li>\n <li>Opportunity to shape the future of aerospace design</li>\n <li>Collaborative and innovation-driven environment</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>About Expleo</strong>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position may require access to information subject to U.S. export‑control regulations (e.g., ITAR/EAR).
