This role will primarily support recruiting operations by identifying talent, building candidate pipelines, and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple areas of the company.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The position is especially focused on sourcing and hunting profiles through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, helping the company identify qualified professionals across Latin America.
