Own it from design to production.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Drive CI/CD excellence:</span> Design, maintain, and improve deployment pipelines that enable fast, safe, and reliable releases across all engineering teams.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Contribute to backend services:</span> Work directly on backend Python and Java/Spring Boot services when needed — the platform team is not purely infrastructure; you build things too.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Own observability and reliability:</span> Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting across the stack. Ensure teams have the visibility they need to operate and debug production systems confidently.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Elevate developer experience:</span> Identify and remove friction in the development workflow — better tooling, cleaner local environments, faster feedback loops, reusable infrastructure modules.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Optimize for cost and performance:</span> Continuously evaluate infrastructure spend and service performance, proposing and implementing improvements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborate across engineering:</span> Work closely with product and AI engineering teams to translate infrastructure needs into robust, scalable solutions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mentor and grow the team:</span> Promote a culture of ownership, operational excellence, and continuous learning.
