Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various mechanical systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational performance. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential problems before they escalate, ensuring that all equipment meets industry standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performs maintenance and troubleshooting on screw and reciprocating compressors, dehydration equipment, SWD pumps and facilities, and surface production equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work with minimum direct supervision&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identifies deficiencies and recommend corrective action to existing procedures to ensure the assigned equipment meets performance standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reports all spills and accidents to their supervisor</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience and Requirements:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid Driver&rsquo;s License with a good driving record</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to operate a computer</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1-6 years of related work experience preferred, depending on job level qualification&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working Conditions and Requirements:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Position will require working in conditions of extreme heat and cold, high noise levels, poor ventilation, and fumes and gases that will require personal protective equipment and training.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&nbsp;Employee will be required to safely operate a motor vehicle, day or night, and at times under adverse weather conditions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to negotiate ladders, stairs and terrain with varying degrees.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be physically fit to lift 50 pounds from pick-up bed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to operate company vehicles and lease equipment such as compressors, pumps and generators for 8-12 hours per day.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Office work environment less than 10%.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
