This role requires a balance of clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for making meaningful differences in clients’ lives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans</li>\n <li>Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and other team members</li>\n <li>Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed</li>\n <li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation and data collection</li>\n <li>Travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks for direct client support, team meetings, and training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active and current <strong>BCBA certification</strong></li>\n <li>Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA (preferred)</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload</li>\n <li>Willingness and ability to travel to San Antonio, TX every 8 weeks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary based on experience</li>\n <li>Travel reimbursement and per diem for San Antonio visits</li>\n <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time off and holidays</li>\n <li>Continuing education and professional development support</li>\n <li>Supportive, collaborative work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.</li>\n <li>Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.</li>\n <li>Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.</li>\n <li>Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.</li>\n <li>Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.</li>\n <li>Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behavior changes.</li>\n <li>Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.</li>\n <li>Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress and communicate with stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home.</li>\n <li>Provide guidance on managing challenging behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills.</li>\n <li>Work closely with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.</li>\n <li>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and share insights to optimize care plans and outcomes.</li>\n <li>Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff, providing training and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular performance reviews and offer professional development opportunities for team members.</li>\n <li>Engage with community resources and support networks to enhance the client’s social and environmental integration.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all interventions and practices adhere to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and autism treatment, integrating new research and best practices into clinical work.</li>\n <li>Address and manage crisis situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques and ensuring the safety of the client and others.</li>\n <li>Complete and finalize daily clinical documentation within SpringHealth’s EHR.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing procedures for training materials for staff with the purpose of enhancing programs for clients and ensuring that program operations are in compliance with established guidelines.</li>\n <li>Continued education on behaviorally based interventions & techniques to stay competitive in the field. </li>\n <li>Complete monthly & quarterly notes outlining the client’s progression through goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.</li>\n <li>Review and interpret highly technical information; write technical materials; and/or speak persuasively to implement desired actions; and analyze situations to define core issues and draw conclusions. </li>\n <li>Specific knowledge-based competencies required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include age-appropriate activities/behaviors; understanding of CPT codes/payor rules/regulations/policies; language grammar/punctuation/spelling/vocabulary; and research-based accepted treatment modalities and assessment. </li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, infrequent lifting to 50 pounds, frequent pushing, pulling, reaching, turning, twisting, bending, stooping, and squatting, walking, and climbing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
