    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Senior Manager, Planning Analytics, AI &amp; Transformation will lead the modernization of Demand Planning capabilities through analytics, automation, AI enablement, and scalable planning solutions.<br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role is responsible for transforming how planning work gets done across Demand Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain by reducing manual processes, improving decision-making speed, and building modern planning capabilities that support long-term scalability.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Aligned to MGA&rsquo;s broader Technology Transformation strategy, this role will help shift the organization away from legacy, spreadsheet-driven workflows toward a modern, capability-driven planning environment powered by automation, data, and AI.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;This is not a traditional reporting or support role. This role is accountable for building practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, forecast quality, visibility, and execution across the business.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Build &amp; Scale Modern Planning Capabilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design and build scalable analytics, forecasting tools, dashboards, and automation solutions across Demand Planning</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop modern planning capabilities that reduce dependency on manual processes and offline spreadsheet management</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the build-out of shared planning platforms, analytics frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Standardize data usage and planning methodologies across Demand, Sales, and Supply teams</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Drive Planning Transformation &amp;
