    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Amyx is seeking a Sr. Penetration Tester for our  DOD client to work remotely.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Independently performs penetration testing of applications, systems and enclaves Identifies security flaws in computing platforms and applications and devise strategies and techniques to mitigate identified cybersecurity risks. </li>\n <li>Performs application and network penetration testing and wireless security assessments. </li>\n <li>Applies offensive cybersecurity testing techniques, coordinate testing projects with internal and external system owners. </li>\n <li>Reports the nature of identified cybersecurity risks and recommends risk mitigation measures to improve the cybersecurity posture of the enterprise.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to communicate accurate information</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Six (6) years proven proficiency in performing extensive vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.</li>\n <li>Three (3) years of experience with testing tools, including NESSUS, METASPLOIT, CANVAS, NMAP, Burp Suite, and Kismet</li>\n <li>Three (3) years of experience with network vulnerability assessments and penetration testing methods</li>\n <li>Three (3) years of experience with writing testing assessment reports</li>\n <li>Two (2) ySears of experience with using, administering, and troubleshooting a WINDOWS Server, IIS</li>\n <li>Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and networking architectures</li>\n <li>Two (2) years of experience with using, administering, and troubleshooting a major version of Linux.</li>\n <li>Two (2) years of experience PCI DSS testing</li>\n <li>Possess a certification in penetration testing, such as:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Licensed Penetration Tester (LPT)</li>\n   <li>Certified Expert Penetration Tester (CEPT)</li>\n   <li>Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)</li>\n   <li>Global Information Assurance Certification Penetration Tester (GPEN)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Excellent written documentation and oral presentation skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of open security testing standards and projects, including OWASP</li>\n <li>Knowledge of database, applications, and Web server design and implementation</li>\n <li>Experience scripting in Perl, Python, Ruby, Bash, or Java</li>\n <li>Experience with wireless LAN security testing</li>\n <li>Possess oral and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Required to possess a DOD SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT-I Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 5 (T5) upon assignment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans (PPO & HSA options available)</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Accounts (Health Care & Dependent Care FSA)</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li>\n <li>401(k) with matching contributions</li>\n <li>Roth</li>\n <li>Qualified Transportation Expense with matching contributions</li>\n <li>Short Term Disability</li>\n <li>Long Term Disability</li>\n <li>Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment</li>\n <li>Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance</li>\n <li>Wellness Program</li>\n <li>PTO</li>\n <li>11 Holidays</li>\n <li>Professional Development Reimbursement</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please contact [email protected] with any questions!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Amyx is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
