          "text": "<p>We are recruiting for Journeyman Millwright OR Apprentice Millwright (3rd or 4th Year) candidates to join our expanding Canola Processing operations and Maintenance department in Yorkton, SK, Canada.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities include the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Daily maintenance needs for all plant equipment.</li><li>Responsible for inspecting, installing, adjusting, and maintaining mechanical machines on site.</li><li>Continuous preventive maintenance on all production and non-production equipment.</li><li>Repair and assemble plant equipment in accordance with manufacturers specifications and standards.</li><li>Safely operate mobile equipment including working from ladders, platforms staging scaffolds, mobile equipment baskets.</li><li>Ensures compliance with Company safety and food safety rules by self and others and wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in fulfillment of assigned responsibilities.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a valid Journeyperson Red Seal Certification of Qualification as Industrial Mechanic / Millwright or Apprentice Millwright (3rd or 4th Year In Progress)</li><li>High school diploma is required.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Previous work experience within maintenance is preferred.</li><li>Previous work experience on a construction or industrial expansion project is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in entire Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Teams</li><li>Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Strong work ethic and philosophy for workplace safety</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally and efficiently communicate with different customers, departments and levels of the organization</li><li>Work effectively with minimal direction</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving, trouble-shooting, critical thinking and decision-making skills</li><li>Able&#xa0;to thrive in all types of work environments (colder food-safe temperatures with appropriate PPE, working on your feet and with your hands, continuously lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs)</li><li>Adaptable, and able to work with many different personalities and procedures</li><li>Detail-orientated, with strong analytical skills</li><li>Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload</li><li>Able to work independently and manage various daily requirement</li><li>Must&#xa0;participate in an on-call schedule and overtime rotation for continuous operations support on days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc. </li></ul>",
