Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p>The Warehouse Associate will retrieve stock to fill customer orders, fulfill and process orders, accept incoming/outgoing shipments, and oversee the general organization of the warehouse. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties/Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Selects and packages products for shipment based on customer orders.</li>\n <li>Uses technology, including handheld scanner devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders.</li>\n <li>Surveys items for possible damage or defects before shipment.</li>\n <li>Fills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to ascertain scan numbers, sizes, colors, and merchandise quantities.</li>\n <li>Handles, installs, positions, and moves materials to optimize inventory and meet customer orders.</li>\n <li>Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation. Picks in sequential order, safely utilizing good picking practices</li>\n <li>Follows safety protocols and reports problems to mitigate safety issues.</li>\n <li>Operates various pieces of equipment, such as palletizers, pallet wrappers, forklifts, and electrical pallet jacks.</li>\n <li>Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.</li>\n <li>Performs other warehouse duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Skills/Abilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Hand trucks</li>\n   <li>Pallet jacks</li>\n   <li>Forklifts – Stand-up/Sit-down</li>\n   <li>Order/Cherry picker</li>\n   <li>Bendi Forklift experience a plus</li>\n   <li>Turret Truck experience a plus</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Must be comfortable using equipment and elevating to heights ranging from 18ft to 30ft</li>\n <li>Must be flexible – OT and weekend are required as needed</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and write in English</li>\n <li>Basic math & computer skills</li>\n <li>Must be a team player with a positive attitude and great work ethic whether they are working with others or working unsupervised.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Education and Experience:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>1-2 years’ experience in warehouse environment preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Physical Requirements: </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift to 50 lbs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between <strong>$17.00– $19.00 </strong>/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
