Daily responsibilities include making ready units for new move-ins, performing work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), appliance repairs, unit inspections, updating logs as needed, and exterior maintenance. This role will respond to after-hours emergencies (on-call) as well.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do…</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.</li><li>Complete work orders within 24 hours as directed by the Community Manager and/or Service Manager and report any emergency work orders in a timely manner.</li><li>Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.</li><li>Complete grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping such as mulch and sprinkler head replacements when possible.</li><li>Manage Snow removal (CO, KS, UT) or Hurricane Preparation and Clean up (FL).</li><li>Demonstrates strong customer service skills and maintains clear, professional communication with residents, vendors and team members</li></ul>",
