    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><u>Job Summary</u></strong></p><p>The Production Operator - Temporary will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assembly products to customer requirements and company goals.</li><li>Adhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policies.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and rules.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean working environment.</li><li>Perform Preventive maintenance/maintenance activities to support TPM.</li><li>Lead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TPM system.</li><li>Support MRO Planner with daily activities.</li><li>Adhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelines.</li><li>Participate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviews.</li><li>Identify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvements, etc.)</li><li>Assist with specification development for machinery and equipment.</li><li>Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.&nbsp;</li><li>Support weekend and off-shift work as required.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>Predictable and reliable attendance.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Position Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A high school diploma or GED is required.</li><li>Preferred manufacturing experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and rules.</li><li>Able to work in a team environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key Competencies</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Focuses on Quality:</strong> Drives work results with a quality focus on actions and results.</li><li><strong>Continual Improvement:</strong> Displays a consistent orientation toward producing the highest quality products or services, while keeping a focus on sustainability.
