          "text": "<p>Transline Group is currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our fabulous team in our NEW Brampton office. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be based out of our newBrampton office conveniently located at Airport and Steeles.<br />Previous experience in high volume recruitment, candidate sourcing talent sourcing, or Human Resources administration are welcomed, and recruitment training will be provided.<br /><b>As a Recruitment Specialist, your duties will include, but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>Using your creativity to source, interview and hire new employees to work at our client company</li><li>Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure appropriate service levels at all times</li><li>advertise, screen, and select qualified persons for out client and conduct all compliance related activities prior to placement</li><li>Communicate effectively and often with Account Managers, Operations Manager and Shift Coordinators to achieve operational excellence, 100% order fulfillment and excellent customer service</li><li>Schedule job fairs and build relationships with community leaders to enhance candidate attraction and experience</li><li>Think outside of the box and be resourceful in finding new ways to attract talent to meet our demands and requirements</li></ul><p><b>Why choose Transline?</b><br /></p><p>As one of the UK’s hottest recruitment companies, Transline Group entered the Canadian market in 2012 and has since experienced tremendous success and growth.
