Remote work is not available for this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Outcomes for Success</strong></p><ul><li>Provide direct support to the sales reps in providing exceptional customer service to dedicated accounts.</li><li>Prepare and process all quotes, purchase orders, tickets, changes, etc. while following Quote Management Guidelines.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.</li><li>Verify product cost with Vendors on all special-order products.</li><li>Process Purchase Orders for special-order products and verify product receipt at store level.</li><li>Track incoming orders and schedule job site deliveries or coordinate in-store pickup.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.</li><li>Maintain current customer base and increase wallet share.</li><li>Assist with customer challenges, such as credits, returns, exchanges, and service problems.</li><li>Keep track of customers and their current projects. Assist salesperson with opening of new job accounts and closing finished jobs.</li><li>Working knowledge of all products we can supply to customers.</li><li>Working knowledge of how to read blueprints.</li><li>Basic understanding of construction methods.</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Benefits are an important part of overall compensation.
