          "text": "<p>Our Western Canada Team is growing and looking for exceptional consulting professionals to join us. We provide unique opportunities to engage with high-profile clients and drive transformative initiatives across diverse industries, including energy, utilities, public sector, technology, and other complex business environments.</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced&#xa0;<strong>Management Consultant – Organizational Change Management (OCM)&#xa0;</strong>to support clients through business, technology, and AI-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate is a strong management consultant with a proven track record of leading and implementing successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to influence, advise, and drive change at all levels of an organization.</p><p>The successful candidate will bring a broad understanding of business and technology solutions, industry best practices, and hands-on experience supporting transformation initiatives. They will also demonstrate an understanding of emerging technologies, including<strong>&#xa0;Generative AI and agentic AI,</strong> and how these capabilities can impact people, processes, roles, operating models, and ways of working.</p><p><strong>NOTE: </strong></p><ul><li><strong>You must be local to Calgary and surrounding area</strong> – and be willing to work in a hybrid environment with a combo of remote and on client site.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and the position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, transformation goals, and organizational impacts.</li><li>Apply strong management consulting skills, including structured problem-solving, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, business case awareness, and the ability to translate complex and ambiguous challenges into practical recommendations.</li><li>Develop and execute change management strategies and plans, including impact assessments, change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption, and sustainment activities.</li><li>Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders to support alignment, engagement, and buy-in across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, focus groups, interviews, and meetings to gather insights, manage feedback, and support decision-making.</li><li>Lead the implementation of change initiatives, monitor progress, identify risks or resistance, and adjust plans to achieve desired outcomes.</li><li>Develop training programs, materials, and knowledge-transfer resources to help employees build the skills needed to adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working.</li><li>Establish metrics to measure change effectiveness, conduct post-implementation reviews, and identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.</li><li>Provide ongoing client support to sustain change and reinforce adoption.</li><li>Contribute to internal practice development by sharing leading practices, enhancing change management tools and templates, and supporting the growth of organizational change capabilities across the team.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or a combination of education and experience</li><li>Master’s degree or MBA is an asset</li><li>PROSCI&#xa0;Change Management Certification or other recognized certification is highly desirable.</li><li><strong>Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management</strong>, preferably within a consulting, utilities, IT, or in a HR environment.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members). Any formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications will be considered an asset</li><li>Experience working with diverse industries and an understanding of different business models.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.</li></ul>",
