This incumbent is subject to KPI evaluation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em>Include but not limited to</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Marketing and Sales</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare marketing materials</li>\n <li>Generate thematic written business research</li>\n <li>Interpret high-frequency economic data in the U.S. and China</li>\n <li>Assist to identify hedging opportunities in FX derivatives and other products</li>\n <li>Follow up all business needs with RMs to better support their clients</li>\n <li>Provide support to team in daily routine work</li>\n <li>Act as back up of designated team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Product Management</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in the enhancement of product offering to promote business growth</li>\n <li>Assist in the new product development to satisfy client's hedging demand</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Risk Management and Compliance</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere and facilitate legal documents and onboarding process related to traded products</li>\n <li>Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering, BSA, OFAC, Dodd-Frank framework, Volcker rule, etc.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Middle Office and Back Office to ensure risk control and facilitate accurate deal booking and timely settlement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Research</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform analysis and participate in assigned research project</li>\n <li>Monitor, update and facilitate research information for client/ internal presentations</li>\n <li>Participate in special projects and/or other duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Conduct assigned reports or research analysis</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree required</li>\n <li>Minimum 1-3 years of Financial Markets experience for Associate level; Minimum 4 years of Financial Markets experience for AVP level </li>\n <li>Knowledge in FX, RMB, interest rate and other hedging products</li>\n <li>Bilingual ability in Mandarin is preferred, but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range<p><em>Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.</em></p></h2>USD $42,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.",
