For both new construction and renovation projects, we offer design-build/design-assist, value engineering, and CAD services, working with biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, and technology companies, as well as many government agencies.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain exceptional, first class customer service.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, peers, supervisors, administrative staff, field craft workers, field supervision, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and power companies based on respect, trust and integrity.</li>\n <li>Execute and manage all terms of project contracts.</li>\n <li>Partner with Foreman, Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Estimators to ensure a complete scope of work is defined.</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop the project management team.</li>\n <li>Monitor and manage all project budgets and costs.</li>\n <li>Develop and manage accurate cost projections and evaluate project performance; update monthly Work-In-Progress.</li>\n <li>Monitor and prepare project schedules with milestone deadlines to achieve.</li>\n <li>Prepare and present computer generated spreadsheets and reports.</li>\n <li>Maintain regular communication and collaboration with entire project team, including Project Foreman, Project Manager, General Contractor, Architect/Engineer, and other subcontractors.</li>\n <li>Prepare and manage communications with General Contractors or Construction Managers for assigned projects.</li>\n <li>Generate new work by developing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with Owners and General Contractors.</li>\n <li>Recommend methods and/or improvements based on project needs and resource capabilities.</li>\n <li>Review, analyze, and make recommendations on project change orders. </li>\n <li>Offer creative, cutting-edge, and outside-the-box ideas and solutions to Customers.</li>\n <li>Estimate/price and negotiate change orders as required.</li>\n <li>Analyze drawings, specifications, and subsequent construction documents to confirm project requirements and opportunities for value engineering.</li>\n <li>Provide attention to detail, efficiency, and integrity in all aspects of the work.</li>\n <li>Proactively manage billings to maintain positive cash flow; prepare documents for billing purposes and coordinate with accounting personnel.</li>\n <li>Conduct and document procurement activities and efforts, including, but not limited to, commodity materials, consumables, necessary tools and equipment, major material packages, and subcontracts.</li>\n <li>Report and resolve customer concerns and/or grievances as needed.</li>\n <li>Ensure job site employees maintain a safe work environment.</li>\n <li>Attend and conduct meetings as required.</li>\n <li>Hold a valid driver’s license and responsible transportation required.</li>\n <li>Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.</li>\n <li>Travel to various project sites as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#dyndc</p>\n<p>#LI-dyndc</p>\n<p>#LI-HVACjobs </p>\n<p>#LI-Onsite </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong><strong></strong>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed inside and outside which may include adverse weather conditions</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong><strong></strong>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p>\n<p>The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
