This position leads operational success throughout the KETTLER portfolio and requires local and multi-state travel. If you have an excellent work ethic, a passion for helping people, and want an opportunity to learn and grow in your career in a positive, family-like culture, KETTLER is the place for you! </p>\n<p>The Regional Operations Specialist - Community Manager, under the direction of the Regional Operations Specialist - Area Manager, must have the ability to quickly adapt, assess needs, provide multi-site leadership, demonstrate excellent customer service, and coordinate all aspects of apartment community operations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00/annually</p>\n<p>We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>Health, Dental, Vision insurance; Life Insurance; Prescription coverage</li>\n <li>Tax-Advantaged Spending Accounts (HSA or FSA)</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a brand champion and subject matter expert in KETTLER platform. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead by example to maintain a positive climate and a high-performing, engaged, customer-focused team. </li>\n <li>Deliver a positive customer experience, quality living environment and the achievement of property goals. </li>\n <li>Serve as a mentor to team members throughout the portfolio. </li>\n <li>Manage administration of property operations and leasing office. </li>\n <li>Monitor financial operations and achievement of budgeted NOI. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Hire, supervise, coach, and develop all on-site team members, including maintenance team. </li>\n <li>Maintain company and brand standards throughout all aspects of the community. </li>\n <li>Ensure rent is collected in a timely manner and follow appropriate procedures when residents are delinquent. </li>\n <li>Contribute to achievement of team goals, leasing benchmarks, and resident retention. </li>\n <li>Support outreach initiatives that effectively market/promote the community. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understand the current sub-market and mentor others to ensure their comprehension. </li>\n <li>Utilize company guest suites/resources as available to minimize travel expenses. </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years of experience in the property management field. </li>\n <li>2+ years of supervisory experience. </li>\n <li>Located in the DMV metro area and willing to travel within the immediate area, as well as to regional locations.</li>\n <li>Experience in Class A luxury communities preferred</li>\n <li>Must have a current, valid driver’s license. </li>\n <li>High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. </li>\n <li>Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of Property Management software programs- Yardi platform experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership ability and proven history of success with the leasing process. </li>\n <li>Must be able to work on the weekends. </li>\n <li>Must be able to walk apartments, communities, and grounds, including steps and climbing stairs. </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with residents and internal and external customers in a positive, professional manner. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management skills. </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management. </li>\n <li>Experience with apartment and common area renovations. </li>\n</ul>",
