This role is ideal for 1st to 3rd year apprentices who are looking to gain hands-on experience and further develop their careers in a rapidly growing industry. Our Senior Mechanical Production Lead will provide supervision and training as needed.</p><p><b>Here is what the role entails: </b></p><ul><li>Supporting the production team to deliver mechanical systems for modular water treatment and lithium production plants.</li><li>Performing plumbing and pipefitting work primarily using CPVC and PVC piping.</li><li>Reading and interpreting construction drawings and Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).</li><li>Maintaining strong housekeeping standards and a clean, organized workspace.</li><li>The work is indoors in a safe, clean production environment alongside a diverse team.</li><li>Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime and occasional travel to customer sites.</li></ul><p><b>You will be a great fit if you have:</b></p><ul><li>Registered as a 1st to 3rd year Plumbing or Pipefitting Apprentice.</li><li>Experience working with CPVC and PVC piping, with strong attention to detail.
